Titan Systems was built from the shop floor up. As a working service manager, Justin got tired of clipboards, whiteboards, and software that never fit how a real shop runs — so he built his own. Every feature in Titan Systems exists because it solved an actual problem in a real service department, not because it looked good in a sales demo.
Our Story
Titan Systems started as a single-shop tool at Bay Area Transport Refrigeration (BATR), where it tracks trucks and trailers through every stage of service — from diagnostic queue to parts follow-up to final release — with live technician logins, a big-screen display board, and instant notifications.
What began as one manager solving his own daily headaches has grown into a platform built to fit any service operation: automotive, warehouse, fleet, and beyond. Same rugged core, tailored to each shop.
